Managing your subscription

  • Add an item

    Visit the 'view next order page' in the portal. Scroll down to the 'you may also like' section and hit 'browse all products'. Select the item you wish to add. You will have the option to select the quantity and delivery frequency. Finally, hit 'add to order'.
  • Cancel/remove an item

    Click into the product you wish to cancel and hit 'cancel subscription' at the bottom of the page.
  • Reschedule a delivery

    We process orders on the Wednesday before delivery. You can edit all orders which have not yet been processed. To request an edit to a recently processed order please leave us a message.     We process subscription orders on the Wednesday before delivery. We deliver to SE postcodes on Saturday mornings and SW postcodes on Sunday mornings.
