We process orders on the Wednesday before delivery. You can edit all orders which have not yet been processed. To request an edit to a recently processed order please leave us a message.
Skipping an unprocessed order
On the 'view your next order' page hit 'skip' to skip your next order. You can also skip subsequent orders by hitting the skip button on the 'view upcoming orders page'.
Rescheduling an unprocessed order
To reschedule an order hit 'reschedule'. If selecting a custom date, select the Wednesday before your desired next delivery and hit save as we process orders on the Wednesday before your delivery.
